LICENSING INFORMATION

Licensing Agreement: please email us via our contact page or at contact@flyin5.com with the title of your track preference and a team member will get back to you asap. 

 

Usage: With written permission, our soundtracks can be used in any media project with imagery and/or voice-overs. These include social media, television, film, commercials, podcasts, talking books, webinars, theatrical productions, live events and more. 

 

Ownership: The artist/composer is the sole owner of the music. They have given permission to Flyin 5 Soundtracks to license their music on their behalf. When you purchase music on our site you are purchasing a synchronization license, not the rights to the song.

Credit: Many of our artists are independent, so please support us by adding a credit to your project. i.e.: ‘Track Title’ by ‘Artist’ provided by flyin5.com.

Restrictions : Flyin 5 soundtracks cannot be used on it’s own without other production elements, nor used in anything defamatory, derogatory, or pornographic in nature.
